  O'ahu, Hawai'i

Choirs of America is thrilled to announce the 2026 Nā Leo ‘O Hawai’i (Voices of Hawai'i) festival event.  Also known as the Aloha State Choral Festival + Tour, this unique and educational festival welcomes choirs from all over the nation and the globe to experience the music and aloha of Hawai'i.

The festival focuses on fostering cultural connections and appreciation, and offers participating choirs an opportunity to participate in evaluated performances, collaborative experiences, and culturally-relevant workshops led by some of the most renowned teaching artists in the country.  We are thrilled to invite you and your choir to immerse in and celebrate the rich musical traditions and cultures of Hawai’i and Polynesia with us in spring, 2026.

In addition to evaluated performances, and full clinics for each participating choir, the Aloha State Choral Festival + Tour features ‘Ohana Exchanges (during which you get to sing for other choirs and vice versa during a moderated workshop), imbedded and immersive cultural experiences unique to Hawai’i, and the premiere of E Himeni Kakou (Let's Sing Together), a mass choir program for all participants in which singers come together to learn, sing, and perform new and traditional choral works that honor the cultures of Hawai’i and Polynesia!

Bring your entire choral program, and... E himeni pū me mākou ma Hawai’i hoʻohiwahiwa (sing together with us in enchanting Hawai'i)!
