J.R. Snow is the President and Founder of Snow Leadership Group.  He has been a leadership educator for 20+ years in the areas of K-12 education.  He thrives on the opportunity to collaborate with others in order to seek out innovative and creative strategies to ensure success for individuals and organizations. 

After serving in the areas of music education, J.R. moved his focus to arts administration, non profit management, and leadership development.  Snow Leadership Group was created in the hope that a collection of like minded, servant leadership educators could come together to share their gifts, stories, and experiences to help empower the next generation of young leaders about their role in the world of leadership.   A thought and calling in 2015 began the journey, and that small voice still speaks to J.R. as he sees the world through his leadership lens and find ways to share with those who seek to grow with him.
