Our mission is to "engage, inspire, and educate" performing arts groups through dedicated, music-first tours and events.  We exist for you and your group!


In addition to the mission above, we also highly value collaboration, community, and diversity.  It would mean "the world" to us to have you share your positive experience with us with your circle of influence.  For us, positive word of mouth from our clients means more than every resource we throw at advertising and marketing.


As such, we would be extremely honored (and more than a bit humbled) to have you share your positive tour and event experience with your educator friends and colleagues.

How our Referral System works:


  • First Step:  You share your positive student travel experience with your ensemble director friends and colleagues.


  • Second Step:  You share their contact information (and yours as well) on the form below).  IMPORTANT:  Please make sure to get their permission first!


  • Third Step:  That's it!


We know your time and consideration are extremely important.  So, we have crafted a "referral system" to THANK YOU for thinking of us.

The Benefits:


In addition to the benefit of putting your favorite performing arts tour and event company in touch with your valued friends and colleagues, YOU also receive more tangible benefits:


  • For every Group Leader you qualify (by making sure it's alright with them) and refer to us, we will THANK YOU with a $25 Amazon Gift Card when we send them a tour proposal;


  • For every Group Leader that you referred to us in the above manner, you will also receive:


  • A $1,000 referral bonus, if their group of 25 or more travels with us within two years after your referral; AND


  • An $250 additional referral bonus, if their group of 25 or more also participates in one of our festival or concert events (Harmony Festivals, Choirs of America, or Harmony Productions) during their qualifying tour with us.


The Details:

Referral Program Qualifications:

In addition to the Referral Program Highlights listed above, our referral system has the following qualifications:

  • The referred Group Leader and Group must be new to Harmony Tours & Events (including Choirs of America);
  • The referred Group Leader must receive an official tour proposal from us;
  • The student group tour must be (a) at least 25 paying travelers; and (b) at least an overnight tour;
  • Any and all Referral Bonuses are sent only after the completion of the tour for the group referred;
  • Referral Bonuses only accrue for the first time a referred group tours with us; and
  • You will have our deep gratitude for helping us make fantastic memories for your friends and colleagues!


IMPORTANT:  If you would like to "dive a little bit deeper" into the world of performing arts group tour and event promotion, give us a call!  We are always interested in chatting with current and past music educators interested in working with us in a stronger, more dedicated sales role (full or part time)!
